Watermelon & Turmeric Juice

Reduce inflammation big time with this ultra refreshing anti-inflammatory drink.
Ingredients
1/4 of a watermelon
4 pieces of turmeric root
fresh pepper
1-2 packets of stevia
Take 1/4 of the flesh of watermelon and add to blender. Peel and cut 4 generous pieces of raw turmeric root and add to blender. Add 1 to 2 grinds of a pepper mill. Add 1 to 2 packets of stevia.
Blend until smooth.
