Simple Green Smoothie
This is my simple go-to green smoothie. If you want something simple and nutritious, then this is it!
Green Smoothie
Unsweetened vanilla almond milk or filtered water
Frozen pineapple or 1/2 frozen banana
Raw spinach
cucumber
1 lemon (rind removed)
cinnamon
fresh chunk of ginger (about 1 inch)
ice
Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
